Office Space REntal Rates: Finding the ideal office to rent in Corpus Christi can be a headache. Even though there are many websites now that offer search tools to find an office, many websites are outdated and some even charge a fee to use their service. Like a lot of cities in the USA, Corpus Chrisit has suffered since the recession hit in 2008 and of course commercial real estate was part of the trickle down. The 37 and 181 are the major commute routes in and out of the city, and the airport is only 5 miles away. Also local bus routes do offer access to Downtown for those staff members who don't drive. It should always be a consideration before you rent a commercial space, to think abotu clients and staff members and what access they have to get to work. If you pick a location way out of town, you might find it hard to hire quality employees, etc. Obviously the more remote of a location you do lease, the better deal you will get on rent and move in costs, but you have to weigh both sides.
